HR : You have to stay in company for 1.5 years and you need sign bond for it..and if we found that you're not as per what you're showing now and your performance and attitude are not match with our expectation then we will immediately terminate you.

 Candidate : agreed ! Mam but what if company will not as per what they are showing now..Company's environment and work process are not good.I can only know this thing after joining.. So is there any bond for company?? Can employee leave immediately or still have to work for 90 days in same company?

 HR : No you can't do this. have to serve 90 days. Candidate : what you think mam is it right? Company can terminate employee any time but if employee wants to leave company then have to wait for 90 days.

 HR : (Speeachless)

 Suggestion: Before terminating any candidate for any reason, give them atleast 60 days or atleast 1 month salary with Immediate Terminate so he can find a job. Don't be a self-centered think about employee's as well. Candidate has a family to look after as well.
